How far in advance should I book?

We recommend reaching out as soon as you have a date in mind. Prime Charleston dates can book several months in advance, especially during peak wedding and event seasons. Last-minute inquiries are always welcome, pending availability.

Do you work with venues throughout Charleston?

Yes. We work at venues throughout Charleston and the surrounding Lowcountry, including private estates, historic venues, waterfront locations, and outdoor spaces. We are happy to coordinate directly with your venue to ensure a smooth experience.

What if my event isn't in Charleston?

While we are based in Charleston, we are happy to work with clients throughout the surrounding areas and beyond. Travel is available for select events, and we also offer design and planning support for destination celebrations. If you’re unsure whether your location is a fit, we encourage you to reach out and start the conversation.

What is your booking process?

Once you inquire, we will review your event details and schedule a consultation if needed. After confirming availability, a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit are required to officially reserve your date. From there, we guide you through the design and planning process step by step, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully handled leading up to your event.
